Refund Policy

At Piximove Studios, we strive to deliver high-quality video production services and ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is outlined below for non-Fiverr orders:

1. Deposits

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your project. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, or any other pre-production activities.

2. Cancellation

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

  • If a project is canceled after work has started, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed up to the cancellation point. Any costs incurred for services provided will be deducted from the refund.

3. Project Completion

  • Once the final product has been delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.

4. Revisions

  • Clients are entitled to a certain number of revisions as per the initial agreement. Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction after the agreed number of revisions has been exhausted.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Piximove Studios. Any requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
