Refund Policy

At Piximove Studios, we strive to deliver high-quality video production services and ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is outlined below:


1. Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your project. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced — including scriptwriting, storyboarding, or any other pre-production activities.

For example, if we have already started script writing and storyboarding, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.


2. Cancellation

  • If a project is cancelled within one week of payment and before work has started, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
  • If a project is cancelled after one week — even if work has not yet started — the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If a project is cancelled after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable regardless of the timeline.

3. Milestone Orders

We prefer 100% upfront payment. However, if you choose a milestone-based payment structure, a 50% deposit applies.

  • First Milestone: Storyboard and script writing.
  • Second Milestone: Illustration and animation.

4. Project Completion

Once the final product has been delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.


5. Revisions

Clients are entitled to a certain number of revisions as per the initial agreement. Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction after the agreed number of revisions has been exhausted.


6. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Piximove Studios. Any requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
